NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-017417 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and DENA L. PARIS; DLP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC; COLLEGE PARK COURT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A RONALD OLIVER; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A JANE DOE, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 70 FEET OF LOT 5. BLOCK D, W.E. HAMNER'S HOMESTEAD ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 70. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY. FLORIDA. RESERVING THE NORTH 25 FEET FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
