Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AHL3 , is the Plaintiff and Allen Wendling, Nicholas Polefrone, As Assignee of Defendant, Jamie A. Rand, John Doe (Refused Name), Iglesia Pentecostal Ebenezer, Inc. Sam 7:12, Grace Wendling, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 12th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
