NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2013 and an Order to Reset Sale dated July 24, 2013 entered in case 12-CA-002348 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union, as Servicer for Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, Plaintiff, and Robert E. Hayden, Daisy E. Hayden, Grand Central at Kennedy Condominium Association, Inc., and Grand Central at Kennedy Master Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M on the 10 of September, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Legal description: Unit No. 07-11W, Building W, Grand Central At Kennedy Residences, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in common elements appurtenant thereto; according to the Declaration of Condominium and related documents as recorded in Official Records Book 17300, beginning at Page 730, and any amendments thereto, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, page 35 and further recorded in Condominium Plat Book 188, and any amendments thereto, including Surveyor's Error Affidavit recorded in Official Records Book 17655, Page 1645, all the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
