FRIEDRICH, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 22, BLOCK 3, COVEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 258, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
