Defendant(s), NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-014102, DIVISION: N of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR1, is Plaintiff and ROSEMARIE DEKYNE; MICHELE T. BITETTI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSEMARIE DEKYNE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE T. BITETTI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 21st day of August, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
NORTH 102 FEET OF LOT 402 OF NORTH PARK ANNEX, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 46 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 122 WEST JEAN STREET, TAMPA, FL 33604.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
