NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-020430 DIV. F of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which EverHome Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Ana Maria Varela, Jorge Alberto Varela Torres, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, BLOCK 22, GRANT PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 OF THE CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE WEST.
