NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-004828 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein New York Community Bank, is the Plaintiff and Dino Waller; Stephanie Waller, A/K/A Stephanie R. Waller; Unknown Spouse of Dino Waller, if any; Unknown Spouse of Stephanie Waller A/K/A Stephanie R. Waller, if any; Diamond Hill Master Association, Inc.; Diamond Hill Single Family Homeowners Association, Inc.; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Griffin & Associates, P.A.; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 19, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 137 of Diamond Hill Phase 1A Unit 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 100, Page(s) 24, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
