NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006515 Division K of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Lisa M. Morin; Unknown Spouse of Lisa M. Morin, if any; National City Bank; Westshore Yacht Club Master Association, Inc.; Westshore Yacht Club Townhomes II Condominium Association, Inc.; Westshore Yacht Club Marina Association, Inc.; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 3, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 6030-107, Westshore Yacht Club Townhomes II, a Condominium, (Phase 2) according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, Page 132, and subsequent amendments thereto; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 17103, page 1658, and any subsequent amendments, public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
