NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-016720, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT NPL IX ASSET HOLDINGS TRUST, is Plaintiff and DAVID R. COLSON; KARINA M. SOTELO-BALTODANO; SOUTHWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, SOUTHWOOD HILLS UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
