NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2013CA000714 DIV A of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and RAUL A. PELAEZ; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on September 16, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
