NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-017105 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NCI, is the Plaintiff and HAI THANH NGUYEN, COURTNEY PALM CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, via online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 3 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 131, COURTNEY PALMS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15019, AT PAGE 0589, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
