NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001125, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES D. GARDNER; CLERK OF COURT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CHRISTINE A. PASCAL and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, FERN CLIFF, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
