NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., through the Courthouse of Hillsborough County, Florida, at http://hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, the Clerk of the Court shall offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 22, Block 1, Twelve Oaks Village - Unit No. 3, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 48, Page(s) 13, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
And
All buildings and improvements on the property described and all fixtures and personal property which now or may in the future be attached to or used at the property; all rights and interests that now exist or are later acquired in any street, road, right-of-way or right to use over adjoining or nearby lands, buildings, improvements or natural features even though they may not be set forth in the annexed property description.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-07937, Division N, now pending in the Circuit Court in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
Interested parties / bidders are advised that the property is being sold without any warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever as to the state of the title of the subject property, and there may be unpaid real estate taxes on the property. Interested parties / bidders are advised to do their own investigation as to the state of the title and the state of the real property taxes on the subject property.
