Notice is given that, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No.: 12-CC-19187, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and the Defendants are SADARRIA L. JAMES, RONALD A. JAMES, SR, AQUA FINANCE, INC., and other named defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell, the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on September 20, 2013 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs:
Lot 27, Block 10, Kings Lake Phase 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 12, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as: 12941 Bridleford Drive, Gibsonton, Florida 33534.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
