NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2013-CA-002055 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and MARK A. ECEIZA; MARTHA ECEIZA, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE ALONG THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, EAST (ASSUMED BEARING) 990.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY, EAST 110.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 01° 05' 00” EAST, 396.20 FEET; THENCE WEST 110.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01°05' 00” WEST, 396.20 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS THE NORTH 15.00 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
