NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-021968 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., Plaintiff, and ARTURO PATINO-MEDINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARTURO PATINO-MEDIA N/K/A ANELINA REYES, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF BLOCK A, OF RE-SUBDIVISION OF GIBSON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS: BEGINNING 454.00 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID BLOCK A AND RUN WEST 62.50 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 10 FEET; THENCE EAST 62.50 FEET; THENCE NORTH 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
