NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-002756 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Tampa, Florida, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
PARCEL 1: BEGINNING AT A POINT 626 FEET EAST OF THE SW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE NORTH 210 FEET; THENCE EAST 210 FEET, AND THENCE WEST 210 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
PARCEL 2: AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: THE NORTH 30 FEET OF THE WEST 626 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/8 OF THE NW 1/4/ OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH , RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF THE WEST 656 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/8 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 210 FEET THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
