NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-3876-CO-42 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSN. INC. is Plaintiff, and DON R. KASNY; FAUSTINA L. KASNY; KIMBERLY L. KASNY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIMBERLY L. KASNY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DON R. KASNY and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FAUSTINA L. KASNY are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of August, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 413 of THE RESIDENCE AT RENAISSANCE SQUARE, a Condominium, together with the appurtenant undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements thereof according to the Declaration of Condominium dated May 25, 2004, recorded in Official Record Book 13636, Page 969 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and Plat Book 132, Page 56. the street address of which is: 1216 S.
