NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-008516 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 27th day of August, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT T-4, BLOCK 1, VISTA COVE TOWNHOMES REPLAT ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 111, PAGES 88 AND 89 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
