NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-011829, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and JEAN S. MOREHOUSE A/K/A JEANE S. MOREHOUSE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A DAVID MOREHOUSE, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT6, BLOCK 18, GLENWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
