NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-008299, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and THERESA JACOBOWITZ; JESSE JACOBOWITZ; JOHN DOE AND MARY JOE, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, KEN-TRE ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, FL, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
