NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-7510-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JED WILLIAMS, MELINDA STRICKLAND, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A AUSTIN WILLIAMS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK C, DUNEDIN ISLES ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
