NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 13-000736-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, Ken Burke Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the August 29, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 17, AND ALL OF LOT 18, OAK PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECODRED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
