VARNUM and LINDA P. VARNUM, husband and wife; and KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 12, 2013, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 7, and the East 7 feet of Lot 6, Block Q, GROVE TERRACE A RESTRICTED SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 60, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
