NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed July 22nd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 011404 (11) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital 1, Inc. Trust 2007-HE6, is Plaintiff and Pisa Lengsavath, and Pankeo Lengsavath, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 7, Ridge Crest, accoding to the plat thereof as recorded in plat Book 8, Page 23, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3210 36th North Avenue, Saint Petersburg, FL 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
