NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-018587 DI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2005KS10 was the Plaintiff and MARCUS A. PAGE A/K/A MARCUS PAGE, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 19th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
