Ferland, Amy N. Ferland, Allens Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. and Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland are defendants, the Office of Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, Pinellas Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com/index.cfm, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 AM on August 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 91, ALLEN'S RIDGE - UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGES 21-24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
