NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 7/16/2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-007580 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CLAYTON A. FLETCHER, KATINA FLETCHER, GALENCARE, INC. D/B/A NORTHSIDE HOSPITAL, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on October 16, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 15, Block 3, of SHERYL MANOR UNIT THREE SECOND ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page(s) 78, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
