Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
LOT 34, NORTHFIELD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, PAGE 30-33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 3028 Northfield Drive, Tarpon Springs, FL 34688, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 29, 2013, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
