NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013, and entered in 11007220CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CP-SRMOF II 2012-A TRUST, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and JOHN J. FISHER; LISA M. CIANCI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISA M. CIANCI; LEISURE WORLD MOBILE HOME PARK ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK “A”, PLEASURE WORLD PARK UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69 PAGES 73 AND 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH 1987 MOBILE HOME IDENTIFICATION NO. PH 063660A AND PH063660B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
