NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013, and entered in 12-009339-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and SANDRA D. PRIDHAM A/K/A SANDRA PRIDHAM A/K/A SANDY D. PRIDHAM A/K/A SANDY PRIDHAM; WALTER DAVICK PACK A/K/A WALTER D. PACK A/K/A WALTER PACK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK “F”, PINEBROOK ESTATES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGES 33 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
