NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 18, 2013 and a Final Judgment dated December 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-005389, DIVISION: 21, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LOANCARE, A DIVISION OF FNF SERVICING, INC. is Plaintiff, and VIRGINIA CESARO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIRGINIA CESARO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 22nd day of August, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLUE JAY WOODLANDS PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 4814 CARDINAL TRAIL, PALM HARBOR, FL 34683.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
