NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013, and entered in 12-002272-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JAMES S. CULVER; RANY K. CULVER A/K/A RANY CULVER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, MARTIN GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
