NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013, and entered in 12-002490-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING LLC., is the Plaintiff and JAMESTOWN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); EDWIN L. FRYE ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORP., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 1120-A, JAMESTOWN, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4847, PAGES 1 THROUGH 63, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 115 THROUGH 123, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
