NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013, and entered in 10-002724-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK MINESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2002-FF4, is the Plaintiff and GE VANG; CHAO LO; CHOUA VUE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK B, PINEHURST MEADOW SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
