NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-004014 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC., is the Plaintiff and Salko Milkunic; Sadika Milkunic; John Doe, N/K/A Edwin Salesman; Jane Doe nka Taneisha Salesman; and , are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 9, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, LYNMAR ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 38 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
