NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 07-12409CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and MORTGAGE ELECRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMING FINANCIAL, LLC (F/K/A HOMECOMING FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC.), CHADWICK J. DUDLEY, SHAHARAZAD DUDLEY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of August, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, UNIT 7B, ISLAND ESTATES OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 70, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
