NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-000977 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Beneficial Florida Inc., is the Plaintiff and Carol A. Cooley a/k/a Carol Cooley, Kenyon R. Cooley a/k/a Kenyon Cooley, Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc., Orange Lake Village Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17, LESS THE WEST 15 FEET THEREOF AND THE WEST 15 FEET OF LOT 18, BLOCK 8, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65 THROUGH 67, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
