NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09014971CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and James Flynn, Jr., Joann M. Flynn, The Independent Savings Plan Company DBA ISPC, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
