NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-010878-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, Successor by Merger to GMAC Mortgage Corporation DBA Ditech.com, is the Plaintiff and David Luszcz, Lindsay R Luszcz, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 10746, PAGE 291, ID# 182916242100020200, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 20, BLOCK B, EASTWOOD TERRACE, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 3.
