NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014487 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A. as Trustee for WaMu, is the Plaintiff and Dianne M. Salafia a/k/a Dianne Salafia, Pinellas County, Florida, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 3rd day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK 39, SKYVIEW TERRACE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 2, 3 AND 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
