A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK N. A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY FONSECA A/K/A ANTHONY A. FONSECA; TENANT #1 N/K/A LISA NERIEM, and TENANT #2 N/K/A KENT NERIEM are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/17/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
