NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-004240-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Barbara Lee, , Nicholas Financial, Inc., Tenant #1 n.k.a Lonnie Lee, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK 5, POINT TERRACE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
