Lot No. 471, of BAY ARISTOCRAT VILLAGE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Amended and Restated Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in O.R. Book 7496, Pages 437 through 454, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, legally described in Exhibit “A” attached to the Master Form Proprietary Lease and incorporated herein by reference, which has the address of 18675 U.S. Highway 19 North, Lot #471, Clearwater, Florida 34764, together with the mobile home situated thereon, described as a 1969 CHAT, Title No. 3722305.
