NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, entered in the above styled cause, that on September 24, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., in an on-line sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, KEN BURKE, as Clerk of the Court, will offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
The North 67 feet of Lot 22, Block 12, PALLANZA PARK REVISED MAP, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 1-4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
