NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-001751, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and BRUCE R. COBB A/K/A BRUCE RANDALL COBB, LISA H. COBB A/K/A LISA HAMMES COBB, NATIONAL CITY BANK, WESTLAKE VILLAGE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of August, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 73, BLOCK 1, WESTLAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
