NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-007629 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Wanda Shirlene Daniels a/k/a Wanda S. Daniels, deceased, Countrybrook Condominium Association, Inc., Kelli D. Barton f/k/a Kelli Dee Hoke, as an Heir of the Estate of Wanda Shirlene Daniels a/k/a Wanda S. Daniels, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BOOK 5639, PAGE 1967, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PART OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS DEEDED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPT. OF TRANSPORTATION BY DEED RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 9331, PAGE 2011, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
