NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-004311 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Arthur Jack Cornwell, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, ROBIN TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
