Notice is hereby given of your default in the terms of the Land Lease under which you hold a leasehold in the property described as:
Apartment No. 12, Building 3, East Bay Country Club Apartments, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4280, Page 651, as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 21, Pages 18 and 19, as amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The street address of which is 12 Country Club Drive, Largo, Florida 33771.
You are in default under the lease for failure to make land lease payments due from January 1, 2013 through the present date in the amount of $56.00 per month for a total sum of $448.00, together with any sums that become subsequently due. Your failure to pay all sums due within ten (10) days of the last publication will result in the termination of your lease. This will cancel and eliminate your ownership of the above-described property.
This Notice Is being published once a week for two consecutive weeks.
