NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-000016 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon as Trustee Series CWALT 2004-J2, is the Plaintiff and Robert C. Buik Sr, Jean Buik, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, though, under or against Robert C. Buik aka Robert C. Buik Jr. deceased, 2CanDo Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a #2 Can Do, a dissolved Florida corporation, Guy Leung, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
